COVID Protocols

All guests are required to follow the COVID-19 safety practices outlined above, as applicable. These include to wear a mask or face covering when interacting in person, maintain a distance of 2 metres from each other at all times.


Don’t travel or host if you’ve recently been exposed to or have symptoms of COVID-19.


To protect everyone’s health and safety, it is our policy that guests (and all people who may be present at the listing before or during a stay) should not check in, if any of the following are true:

You are actively infected or have tested positive with COVID-19 in the past 30 days.


You suspect you are sick or have been exposed and are awaiting test results to confirm or deny a diagnosis of COVID-19.


You are showing symptoms or are concerned about possible infection with COVID-19 You’ve had close, sustained contact with an individual confirmed or suspected to be infected with COVID-19 within the last 14 days*

We recommend wash your hands regularly and often, especially if you’re in contact with people outside your reservation and are touching surfaces in a shared space or a common area.

Wash your hands properly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.


If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitiser that contains at least 60% alcohol; cover your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.

Maintain distance and wear a mask in common areas and shared spaces.


When you are in a common area or shared space, wear a mask and maintain distance from anyone who's not part of your reservation at all times in accordance with the COVID-19 safety practices (at least 2 metres). To avoid physical contact with guests, we provide a no-contact check-in whenever possible.

Note: We have a ban on all parties and events at Four Park Street, including a limit to only registered guests may enter the property. This party ban applies to all future bookings and it will remain in effect indefinitely, until further notice.

Our cleaning of the property prior to arrival will involve :-

Ventilate the space before and during cleaning.


Use disinfectants approved by your local regulatory agencies for use against COVID-19 Always to follow directions and warnings of the cleaning products carefully.


We wash and disinfect hands, wear a mask and gloves while cleaning.


Sweep, vacuum, dust, and/or mop areas before sanitising.

Wash all dishes and laundry at the highest heat setting possible.


Wipe down hard surfaces with soap and water.

 

Spray high-touch surfaces in each room with an approved disinfectant spray.


Let the disinfectant sit for the length of time specified on the product label.


Allow the surface to air-dry.


All areas are cleaned and sanitised between each stay.


Wash your hands and replace gloves before replacing guest supplies, linen, and cleaning kits.


Safely dispose of or wash cleaning supplies and protective gear.


Not re-enter a room once it’s been sanitised.


Empty and/or clean your equipment (e.g. vacuum cleaner, microfibre cloths) between each turnover.
